Abstract: Organisations must constantly adjust to new technologies in the ever-changing digital landscape in order to stay competitive and
run efficiently. However, reluctance to change, poor strategic planning, and a lack of managerial support frequently impede the successful implementation of new technologies. The strategic frameworks that enable smooth technology adoption and efficient change management in contemporary organisations are examined in this research paper. The study identifies organisational culture, leadership commitment, staff engagement, and training initiatives as important determinants of technology adoption. It also examines change management methodologies such as Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model, Lewin’s Change Management Theory, and the ADKAR Model, assessing their effectiveness in mitigating resistance and fostering a technology-driven work environment.
Furthermore, the paper discusses the role of digital ways to improve corporate creativity and agility through transformation. Best practices for integrating new technology with the least amount of disruption are identified by this research through a thorough review of case studies and literature. The results highlight the value of a methodical strategy that synchronises technology developments with corporate goals. Furthermore, the study emphasises the value of ongoing observation, feedback systems, and flexible leadership in guaranteeing the long-term viability of technology deployment. This study advances the disciplines of management and computer science by offering a thorough grasp of change management and technology adoption. It provides company executives, IT specialists, and change managers with useful insights and doable tactics to successfully manage digital changes. Organisations can increase productivity, maintain competitiveness, and promote sustainable growth by utilising organised frameworks in a world driven more and more by technology.
